How We Work
Data center infrastructure is a $2.5 trillion build-out running on compressed schedules, narrow tolerances, and zero-tolerance uptime requirements. Nexus embeds into projects at the EPC and hyperscaler level, coordinates component supply across six build phases, and maintains forward inventory across the geographies where the build is actually happening, Northern Virginia, the Texas Triangle, Phoenix, Ohio Valley, and the Querétaro nearshore corridor. Procurement engineered into the project, not bolted onto it.
